Daily Operations of Water Treatment / Waste Water Treatment Plants. Every day I would Change Charts and record Intake flows and discharge to river or land Irrigation. Sample influent and effluent. Analyze samples and adjust chemical feeds to achieve desired results. backwash gravity filters , Check chemical levels and check air blowers , pumps , meters ,analyzers and other pieces of equipment at the waste water plant. Then go to the potable water plant to record intake and chemical levels , turbidity , CL2 residual , ph , temperature. Sample water from the lake and test for iron , ph , turbidity , temperature. Check sewer lift stations and collections systems. Respond to any customer service calls. Check water distribution system.
