• Developed and implemented strategic sales and marketing penetration efforts within the Southeast (100% commission). • Managed four outside sales representatives by establishing a sales/business plan, assisting the closing of sales, evaluated performance, and created sales tools. • Motivated, trained and managed sales representatives. • Directed sales effort in direction of company’s goals. . • Organized short and long-range prospects to meet monthly and quarterly objectives. • Managed and closed personal outside sales accounts. • Sought out new prospects via networking, cold calls and telemarketing. • Responsible for analyzing the requirements of the users and the methods of storing information required for supporting computer systems.
