Daily Duties at Sn Servicing Corporation (Snsc):
Implement effective and comprehensive, well documented business controls, and monitoring programs to prevent and/or quickly identify errors or non-compliance in the execution of business processes. Conduct research and interview management to ensure the business is in compliance with regulatory, agency, state, investor guidelines, as well as its own intended business processes, goals and objectives. Document and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Making Homes Affordable (MHA), Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB), and government sponsored enterprise (GSE) servicing guidelines. Create compliance and risk based monitoring programs consisting of a number of controls that were developed, implemented and tested on a recurrent basis. Controls are to be tested to mitigate risks associated with non-compliance of guidelines, rules and Federal and State laws that could result in monetary fines, poor audits results, and poor ratings, curtailments from agencies, dollar losses, reputational risk, or customer harm, minimize impact to operational efficiency to operational efficiency. Monitor business controls and directly engage management to map processes, analyze risks and implement enhancements or create new controls. Prior to developing controls, conduct in-depth testing and ensure procedures and policies are revised and employees are trained in usage. Develop tools to track, categorize risks and risks ratings. Develop regular testing and test business processes and controls on a recurrent basis based upon risk classification and ratings. Ensure all testing results are organized and archived and collaborated with the business to create corrective action plans to remediate failures as necessary. Partnered and collaborate with other functional areas such as compliance, risk and legal to ensure all controls meet company and industry standards and are inventoried and documented within company databases. Research and document policies and procedures and process flows for accuracy. Ensure staff is properly trained on policies and procedures and measure compliance. Create and publish changes in servicing communications bulletins and SharePoint.
