Daily Duties at Family Clinic Of Ashley County:
Provides IT leadership for the 5 provider clinic’s technology infrastructure. Manages all IT projects, systems conversions and performance tuning and monitoring of applications/systems. Help set long-range technical direction and capacity plans. Manages domain through Active Directory. Maintains and troubleshoots clinic’s new EMR implementation of e-MD’s. Keeps the system’s database up to date with Service Packs, E-fixes, drug updates, HCPCS updates, and SQL scripts. Works with all software and hardware issues of 50+ workstations, printers, scanners, faxes, and servers. Keeps clinic manager up to date of any upgrades and system problems that arise.
