Directed the General Education Department that included scheduling instructors for classes, monitoring curriculum development, assessing students with the COMPASS test, reviewing faculty files for accreditation adherence, and monitoring course sequencing; in addition, taught online “BMC 101” as a class for faculty to develop a student-centered philosophy.
