Daily Duties at Food Surveys:
Management of all auditing projects while overseeing all other technical work and inspections conducted by the company. Managed the quality control program for Thistle Hotels and Scottish and Newcastle Breweries. While based in Uganda, assisted a farm and packhouse to achieve both EUREPGAP and BRC Certification. Conducted quality inspections on a variety of ethnic products on behalf of a USAID funded development project. Monitored the quality and market suitability of shipments of okra, hot pepper, avocado, chilies, fine beans and passion fruit to both the United Kingdom and The Netherlands. Co-ordinated and conducted quality inspections for fresh fruit, vegetables and meat at distribution depots and supplier premises.
