Provided administrative support to CEO and GM. Managed and organized all day to day office operations including processing all incoming/outgoing correspondence, Conducted research for CEO, Prepared CEO documents including letters, quotes, emails, memo’s, expense reports, contract review and comparisons, bank reconciliation. Acted as company liaison with CEO clients, vendors and customers, answered, screened routed all phone calls, managed CEO Daily/Monthly Calendar, set, confirm and rescheduled appointments, prepare CEO travel arrangements and itinerary, hotel reservations, car rental, daily excursions, Prepared CEO presentations. Maintained office equipment, supplies, filing systems. Managed AP, AR, HR Admin. including labor relations, employee benefits and compensation, 401 K Administrator, Workman’s compensation. Analyzed budgets and processes, instituting cost controls. Improved credit ratings and completed audits.
