• Responsible for the operations of a 350-bed hotel and student residence facility, managing a staff of 29 • Managed 1200 student applications for a 2nd 450-bed residence facility resulting in 100% occupancy and active student wait list. • Transitioned student housing facility to hotel during summer months with 85% occupancy. • Lead a team developing a communications strategy and the evolution of the company website and online presents, leading to a 25% increase in applications and a 15% increase in retention. • Managed a $2million operational budget including a $200,000 capital renovation budget
