The responsibilities included: - Prioritized and delegated tasks to appropriate personnel. - Estimated completion times, milestones, and budget requirements for all projects. - Created technical solutions for TGG's largest client at the time, United States Postal Service. - Increased overall development efficiency by introducing trusted 3rd party development tools to release enhancements, updates, and bug fixes quicker. - Acted as a mediator between stakeholders and team members to communicate project information - Managed change in scope throughout the project life cycle - Accountable for approximately 75% development as well
