Daily Duties at Maquet:

Manages, coaches and develops the Technical Operations Group in all technical call center operations and all functions associated with customer and field service training and; conducts regular team meetings with training, technical support and field service representatives. Ensures service readiness for all new product introductions. Works closely with product management in developing service strategy for new product introductions ensuring serviceability and resources are considered at time of product introduction. Recommends alterations to existing processes, procedures, service tools and service products to improve service and service administration. Implements service programs to meet customer needs, identify opportunities, and provides intervention in difficult situations to ensure prompt resolution. Review departmental goals and compliance to corporate training and regulatory requirements so that Field Service and Technical Support Staff are properly trained and certified in all aspects of their positions. Ensures all service and training requirements are properly developed, implemented and incorporated into all standard operating procedures and that service tools and other resources are appropriately planned and procured where required. Forecasts, tracks, and manages standards and metrics to ensure internal and external customer expectations are met, developing action plans to address any deviations or issues. Build quality into all aspects of work. Ensure compliance to all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations. Must be able to comply with U.S. and Worldwide medical device regulations. Attend the provided Quality & Compliance training. Adopt the “Beyond Compliance Quality Culture” in the work environment. Must practice Verbatim compliance with corporate Quality and Regulatory procedures. Must be competent with the Customer complaint reporting procedures. Must be able to promptly report any non-compliance issues to Chief QA, RA, Compliance officer or appropriate administrator. Must be competent with 21 CFR 820, 801, 803,806 and any other applicable federal regulations, and Quality standards. Must not be DE-Barred by FDA for work in any Medical Device or Pharmaceutical business.
