Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard:

Having a dual role of technical Project Manager and Data Warehouse Architect managed the number of Sales Compensation and Performance Reporting Solutions based on Oracle 11G Data Warehouses and ASP .NET Web Services Applications. Interacted with Project Sponsor ,Program Manager , Business team and other stakeholders on Project Scope and Business Requirements Served as a data technical strategy expert and led the creation of technical/functional requirements, architectures and designs deliverables. Provided full-life cycle architectural guidance and functional and technical requirements analysis. Provided analysis, planning, and documentation of hardware, systems, and infrastructure requirements as needed by the software applications. Actively worked with the business sponsors and the technical resources to determine the best technology solutions and managed an implementation schedule that delivers the project goals while ensuring alignment with Enterprise data governance standards. Managed schedule, resource allocation and estimations for a projects. Communicated and coordinated all project activities. Participated in regular customer meetings to report project status, progress, and risks/issues as applicable. Supported designing and implementing program and project management processes and templates. Provided leadership in the resolution of problems; escalated issues as needed; engaged the appropriate resources to achieve resolution. Led project team being agile coach utilizing the SCRUM methodology at large organization with complex system environments. Supported Risk Management.
