Daily Duties at Wyle Laboratories:
• Performed modeling and statistical analysis of financial data for inclusion in reports to management and NASA. • Lead collaboration team with other departments to streamline reporting and reduced processing time by fifty percent. • Collaborated with Cost Account Managers to prepare and deliver yearly budget for approval to customer. • Continually optimized multimillion dollar budgets and served as subject matter expert (SME) for financial analysis issues, concerns, and special projects. • Managed high volumes of financial activity in a fast-paced, risk-based corporate environment. • This includes tracking expenditure rates, verifying funding controls, and devising intelligent spending plans. • Prepared monthly financial reports to upper management for several multi-million dollar contracts. • Provide financial training to managers various aspects of financial and budgeting systems. • Prepare presentation and training material for up to six meetings per year. • Develop metrics and other financial processes to streamline reporting and measure performance. • Participate in contract proposals including contract organization, contract writing, and budget preparation.
