Recruited to sustain the $8 million company made up of five business units, in preparation of the owner’s retirement. • 6 direct reports and 180 employees. • P&L responsibility • Accountable for all company operations, activities, and planning. • Implement Lean • Improve quality, on-time delivery, safety & customer satisfaction • institute visual controls and performance measures • Improve employee relations • coach, train, and develop team. • resolve problems • Negotiate with customers, suppliers, contractors • Ensure compliance, quality, OSHA, safety, and on-time delivery • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
