Daily Duties at Axis Worldwide:
Selected to lead an international team in the design, construction and execution of operations, equipment & processes in this state of the art, $160 million fully-automated start-up axle manufacturing plant. • 6 direct reports and 39 employees •.Accountable for manufacturing • Obtain ISO certification • AAR and Euro Standards compliance • Develop staffing plan, Hire team • Establish budgets and timelines. • Select, contract and manage suppliers (including design of new technology to QA/QC steel in an automated machining line)
