1 direct report • Recruited to Lead strategy development & change management • capture best practices, standardize processes and upgrade technology • Determine and lead multi-million dollar capital projects impacting more than 2,000 employees • improve distribution center operation, select equipment, software, training • increase efficiency, reduce costs • implement 5S & lean • implement continuous improvement, total productive maintenance and Lead Kaizen events • Direct, Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators.
