Daily Duties at Hygia Health Services:

Recruited by CEO & COO to turn-around operations & double capacity within 2 years. • 6 direct reports & 160 supervisors and technicians • P&L responsibility of $13 million, $600K monthly Operating budget • plan capital expenditures • Forecast and Plan production and Delivery • employ best practices, implement 5S, Lean and Six Sigma • measure KPIs to increase effectiveness • liaison to suppliers, contract manufacturers, service providers and customers • Develop strategy to support sales. • Oversee Quality & Compliance FDA, OSHA. • Work collaboratively with Finance, Customer Relations, and Sales to achieve corporate goals and initiatives • Work with R&D to develop new products.
