Daily Duties at Sirota & Sirota Llp:

I was responsible for litigating, either as lead counsel or as part of a team, securities, antitrust, RICO and business actions, including class actions and complex actions. I was responsible for all aspects of the litigation, including overseeing and assigning tasks to associates in furtherance of the actions. I was generally responsible for drafting complaints, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, trial and appeal as needed. I was also responsible for the formation and representation of broker-dealers and providing compliance or other advice on a day to day manner similar to Stark & Stark. I was responsible for the negotiation, where appropriate. and completion of public and private securities offerings representing companies and broker-dealers in a fashion similar to Stark & Stark. In addition, I was responsible for the litigation of regulatory enforcement and arbitration actions on behalf of brokers, broker-dealers and customers of brokers from inception through trial or hearing and handling all aspects of those actions.
