Daily Duties at Law Offices Of Saul Roffe, Esq.:

All aspects of firm operations. Specifically, I am responsible for the drafting and completion of all documentation, including negotiation where appropriate, of client offerings, ensuring that the offerings comply with the rules and regulations for the offerings and ensure that the appropriate governmental filings are made. I am lead counsel for the firm, and as regards the Seijas matter, co-counsel with Proskauer Rose responsible for the litigation on behalf of a class of all the holders of the bonds, of the default by Argentina on 8 bond series. In other actions, I am solely responsible for all aspects of the litigation.I am responsible for all legal and other issues for all matters I provide representation for.
