Facilitate all employee training in Customer Service (The MAGIC of Customer Relations) Design and facilitate new training material as needed Maintain all training records for all employees Administrator for company's Learning Management System (LMS) Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Information Mapping Traveled to other company locations around the country to train customer service representatives/sales representatives and other as needed Completed all management processes as needed
