• Conceptualized and designed covers and interiors for 15-20 high priority college textbooks per year. • Supervised, assigned workloads, reviewed designs and templates, and wrote performance reviews for two Senior Designers and a Desktop Coordinator. • Hired and supervised freelance designers, illustrators, and photo researchers. • Participated on a team that developed templates to be used with proprietary markup system and Autopage software to automate page makeup. • Was responsible for design quality as well as budget and schedules for the production team.
