Daily Duties at Intervoice, Inc.:
-Successful implementation of domestic and International event marketing plans with an annual budget exceeding $2 million which included customer and sales conferences, trade shows and incentive programs, shareholder and investor/analyst meetings. -Site selection and contract negotiations with major hotel chains (Gaylord, Hyatt, Starwood, Marriott, Fairmont). -Developed and implemented marketing plan to promote customer conference, resulting in $500K in revenue. -Secured an excess of $200K through partner sponsorship program, defraying conference costs. -Interfaced with executives to develop presentation materials and prepare them for their presentation. -Management of multiple vendors, including successful contract negotiations, for audio visual, hotel, exhibit contractors, staging design production, entertainment companies, printing services and speaker bureaus. -Planning of conference/event agendas through matrix management of internal subject matter experts as well as customer representatives when applicable to meet program goals. -Responsive talent acquisition/interaction with selected speakers that included industry gurus as well as nationally known names such as Jamie Clarke, Burt Rutan, Dick Endberg, Frank Abagnale and Alan Bean as well as industry experts of diverse backgrounds and personalities.
