I am currently working as the Principal of West St. John High School. I have served in this capacity for the past 8 years. I am responible for the following: Providing teachers with professional development focused on setting rigorous learning targets, analyzing student data, developing lesson plans that provided rigor for students. Implementing strategies that focus on building a collaborative culture. Facilitatinh Professional Learning Communities that focus on analyzing student work, weekly and quarterly test data, and modeling effective instructional strategies. Supervising teachers and providing feedback on instructional practices, classroom management, and analyzing student data. Interviewing and selecting teachers dedicated to helping students get prepared for college and beyond. Developing school-level programs focused on providing intervention and support to students
