Daily Duties at Serogicals/Millipore:

Overview: Fast track progression through increasingly responsible leadership roles within diverse business environments as the company underwent significant change in business model and market focus. As Director, network services and technology drove global (USA and Europe) enterprise-wide IT systems, infrastructure, and resources for a $380M corporation with 22 sites. Managed a $10.7M budget and 22 direct reports. Focus: (i.) Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand strategic and operational needs and implement an effective IT strategy; (ii.) Effectively communicating initiatives – processes, policy changes, system upgrades – and influencing change; (iii.) Maintaining awareness of, identifying and presenting new technology products / trends; (iv.) Developing and motivating tightly integrated IT teams, creating productive work environments that promote initiative, quality, and service excellence; (v.) Integrating acquisitions and divestitures, performing due diligence activities, systems integration, and infrastructure / application mergers.
