Designed the RF front-end utilizing a circularly polarized patch antenna, RF Switches, LNAs and high impedance matching network to the RF Micro RF chip. Designed a SPI data interface between the RF chip and the signal processor chip. Utilized a Cypress 8051 with USB port and 256 byte buffer to interface with a PC host via a USB port. Interfaced the 8051 with a Spartan FPGA to add signal processing to the RF MicroDevices RF chip via the SPI bus. Provided voltage regulators for power conditioning for each of the devices.
