Daily Duties at Lincoln Center For The Performing Arts:
Responsible for all General Ledger, grant and contract accounting functions for LCPA (a non-for-profit NYS Performing Art Center). Prepare month-end closing, Budgets, Forecast, other accounting entries and related analysis: donor and cash receipts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, other related expenses, accruals, and account reconciliation. Quik Parking month end reconciliation: Cash management, A/R, analyze: P/L, Balance Sheet; and variances. Work with the Financial Controller to review variance explanations, monthly accruals, and annual budgets, review forecasts, and assist with operating expense issues.
