Originally hired as a Senior Reimbursement professional. Earned assignment to complex projects, including the presentation of a critical training program for the Lupron® sales force to address a regulatory compliance issue. Assisted customers and their families with highly sensitive health issues; became a key contributor to department productivity through enhanced training programs. • Managed the grant proposal programs and budgets to ensure appropriate funding for Continuing Medical Education and Continuing Education credits for internal and external professionals. Assessed business and strategic objectives for programs, vendors and resources. • Ensured compliance with Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education Association (ACCME), American Medical Association, Food and Drug Administration, Office of the Inspector General, and other agency guidelines. • Identified educational resources; communicated opportunities across the organization. • Key contributor to development of formal goals and requirements for grant reviewers. Trained staff on the use of the system. Integrated process improvements for the technology. • Earned “Spirit of TAP Award” for Customer Service and “Way Out Award” for Service and Charitable Activities, both in 2007.
