• Collected proper medical documentation to support claims investigation process conducted by Triage Specialists. • Mitigated volume of calls and outgoing correspondence with accurate and efficient organization of medical records, tracking the details of each case in the electronic system. • Issued recommendations related to claims missing information from the provider. • Trained staff in the operation of Spyglass and Prism Systems software applications. • Provided expertise to customers and providers, responding quickly to inquiries and requests. • Identified and initiated development of process improvement measures to reduce backlog
