Reported to the Director, Site Engineering and directed a staff of 46 engineers and technicians performing material engineering, design changes, configuration control, responding to regulatory issues, and providing support of plant operation in all engineering disciplines.  Provide engineering to support a 40 million dollar capital budget. Revitalized and built a functioning Utility Service Alliance Engineering Team and held the position of Site Emergency Director.
