Daily Duties at First Data Corporation:
FDC processed electronic payments for its customers using industry specific equipment. It was a Publically Traded Company that was purchased by KKR, and we facilitated the transition to new accounting group. • Prepared account reconciliations with appropriate supporting documents, and adjusting entries. • Month-End Close duties included preparing complex journals using data posted by other departments for expense allocations, prepared Flash Reports for management meetings, assisted with variance explanations, and projects as requested.
