Daily Duties at Evolve Media, Llc:
Setting up desktop and laptop computers, maintaining and troubleshooting PC and MAC computers, creating user accounts, setting up mailboxes, setting share and security permissions on DFS Server, updating computers, asset management, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, adding new printers to the print server, troubleshooting printer issues, taking and closing trouble tickets with a ticket agent
