Daily Duties at Vanguard Modular Building Systems:
Was responsible for the review of all major projects within the South Central Region to include working with Business Development team to evaluate each project, work with customer to review and develop project specifications and requirements, estimate each project, develop and implement project construction schedule, select site subcontractors, oversee construction process, maintain contact with customer on progress, maintain contact with internal customers on project profitability, monitor and implement change orders as required, create close out processes and documents required.
