● Created and ran business and labor intelligence reports for human resource department. ● Acted as a link between Payroll, Human Resources, Accounting/ Finance and IT Departments regarding Fairway Market timekeeping process (over 5,000 union and non-union employees). ● Created informed reporting for Corporate Officers and Vice Presidents about labor trends and store performance on quarterly basis ● Conducted audit of overrides, out of schedule and non-enrolled employees’ reports using ADP E-Time/Kronos ● Developed analytical report comparing store headcounts to store activity to facilitate improved productivity and resulting in more than half a million dollars in savings. ● Developed an application to provide guidance on store scheduling and budget forecasting. ● Created the Affordable Healthcare Act report for employees who worked an average of 30 hours or more per week ● Conducted audit of employees’ times and attendance on a daily basis and maintained portal application for tracking missed clock punches. ● Trained store managers on reporting and labor efficiency management. Prepared employees’ no-lunch cost analysis and overtime reports. ● Provided recommendation on disciplinary action for employees who violated company labor policy and/or union requirements. ● Generated and analyzed data, including headcount, new hires, termination, and leave of absence.
