• Developed profitability analysis across multiple lines of business for a rapidly growing internet company. • Acted as the primary contact for contract negotiation. Negotiated client Agreements directly with clients and performed contract administration for all existing Agreements. • Designed and implemented time and expense reporting for all staff to enhance collection of key metrics so that more detailed profitability analysis was realized. • Highlighted potential risk by managing expenses, AR/AP, capital assets, balance sheet, accruals, job balance, and account structure. • Maximized contract profitability by defining and executing internal financial processes, financial management tools, reporting/forecasting packages, trend analysis, and key metrics. • Priced, managed, and controlled all financial functions across multiple clients (varying from simple fee to complex multiple tier pricing arrangements) for internet custom email business.
