Daily Duties at Deloitte Consulting:

• Coordinated annual budgets of over $50M for the firm’s largest strategic financial clients. Developed and reported key metrics and best practices directly to senior client management. Implemented new financial processes resulting in increased efficiency. Managed a team of three other project controllers to ensure quality, dependability and accurate client reporting. Assisted in the development of a Master Services and Trust Agreement with client and monitored contractual compliance including management of drug testing for new resources on client engagements. • Managed financial and trust data and complex billing simultaneously for up to 30 different engagements while working remotely. • Promoted best practices in the financial management of resources across all levels including resources from Canada, India Japan and subcontracting companies including invoicing multiple currencies. • Developed and maintained project specific financial models used to maximize engagement profitability as well as to aid in the analysis of risk and firm exposure: pricing, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and accruing for all contracts (both current and future). • Participated in scenario planning with executives at the engagement level regarding project stability and future planning from a profitability perspective. • Performed contract administration ensuring proper contract execution from the draft phase through the execution & invoicing phase. • Audited all client accounts to ensure accurate reporting, billing, and expense compliance. • Managed project plans for multiple engagements. Used MSProject to manage resources, timelines, issues and financial performance of projects.
