Daily Duties at Sotera Defense Solutions:
• System Administrator served as point of contact for all IT related technical issues via the IT Support Desk. Component Mission Administrator (CMA) and Close Support Team Member, responsible for configuration, troubleshooting and operation of computer peripheral and implement policies to tune system performance. • Interface with end users to handle tasks of a routine nature concerning system function. Work with clients to resolve Lotus Notes issues and troubleshoot web-based applications. Experience working with VM Ware vSphere Client 5.0. • Provide support to resolve issues in the ESMT/CMA Queue and escalate tickets to other engineers or service providers. Assist customers with system login process. Verify user's clearances. • Work wih users to troubleshoot VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) issues and DODIIS Terminal Workstation (DTW) related problems. Provide technical support on the unClassified network on Microsoft Outlook for customers to access E-Mail. • Reset system profiles on classified and unclassified network.
