Daily Duties at Td Properties:
• Manage residential properties including collection of rents, property maintenance, accounting, management of budgets and reserve accounts, contract negotiation with vendors, deal with tenant requests and leases. Research, select and build relationships with vendors. • Project manager for small to medium sized construction and landscape projects. Manage communications, risk, project schedules, budget, and resources.
