Daily Duties at Magnetation:

Assisted Department Heads and CEO in coordinating engineering, planning and management of the construction of 4 of the 6 major buildings on the largest construction site in the tri-state area. Formed and trained a team of 6 first responders and was personally commended for my response on several occasions to injuries on site as a main first responder Was highlighted as a leader in safety in the company newsletter and commended on efforts to maintain a safe environment for contractors working on my buildings and throughout the job site. Communicated with contractors to coordinate schedules, creating a seamless environment for different teams of contractors to work cohesively as one. Responsible for training and mentoring new employees throughout their first 2 months of employment.
