Daily Duties at Chase Bank :
Accomplish responsibility for operations and, also work with Relationship Bankers and Tellers. Operations responsibilities include: Ensuring satisfactory audit ratings, managing critical operational metrics to minimize risks and losses, maintaining high standards for security and account opening activities, ensuring the entire branch staffs are trained and follow policies and procedures, and operating within the guidelines. Assistant Branch Manager directly supervise and coach Tellers/Lead Tellers to accurately handle paying and receiving transactions and to provide great customer service. Additionally, Assistant Branch Manager may also assist with account opening/customer interactions during peak periods. The Assistant Branch Manager works with the Branch Manager to improve branch performance, including Branch Profit & Loss, Service Scores, Sales Campaign Results, Product Value Credits (PVCs), and Sales Production/Volume. Assistant Branch Manager will work with the Branch Manager to regularly communicate branch performance and priorities with the branch team and support the Branch Manager in hiring and staffing for all branch roles. Additionally, oversee the entire branch staffs in the absence of the Branch Manager.
