Daily Duties at Wireless Precision Llc:
• Provided project management expertise for all switching and field service contracts. Responsibilities included creating client presentations using MS PowerPoint. Create reports that outlined project objectives, overall project cost, scopes of work, project timelines, required skill sets and manpower needed for successful completion of projects. Use MS Project to track progress of all projects. Interface with 12-15 contractors and sub contractors on a daily basis to ensure all project objectives were being accomplished. • Provided technical support and interfaced with local, foreign and American contractors to resolve any PMI, maintenance, or testing issues for the Verizon Business DPN and USG cellular networks in Baghdad Iraq. Perform installation, integration, testing and inventory on network assets which included Ericsson AXE 10 switching system, Ericsson RBS 2000 series, APG40, Cisco routers, Juniper routers, T-1, and Ericsson Mini Link E. • In charge of the T-Mobile PMI project that took place in the Atlanta region from January 2004 through September 2006. The projects consisted of up to 8 sub contractors performing site surveys, documentation of site discrepancies, photographing of site assets as well as perform scanning of site equipment on 1400 cell sites semi-annually. Create and submit weekly reports using MS Project, MS Excel and Visio software.
