Daily Duties at Citi:
• Investigations, screenings, analysis, due diligence, follow –ups and working of cases from beginning to completion according to Citi AML procedures and policies. • Performed daily work focused on mitigating money laundering risks and anomalous customer/account behavior associated with a wide variety of high risk Citi financial products. • Assisted Manager and team on a regular basis with different challenges (system access, questions, distribution of information, IT support and liaison for migration process). • Identified process and system improvement initiatives to reengineer and streamline workflow process. • Assisted with case management tool functionality testing for migrating LATAM countries. • Collaborated on Procedures Committee (GSOM), Mentoring and Developed various system training guides for LATAM Wave 1 systems.
