Daily Duties at At&T:

Managed global, multi-billion dollar customer service experience for CVS/ Caremark, Toys R Us, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Developed customer service action plans to improve customers’ relationship. Collaborated with customers and account teams to uncover opportunities for improving customers’ experience. • Educated customer on processes and systems required for service delivery. Negotiated planned maintenance events to minimize impact on customers’ daily operations. • Addressed complex, escalated, customer service issues by managing internal communications and engaging staff to complete customers’ requests. • Identified and managed resources required to fulfill requests. Obtained buy-in and commitment from internal departments to assist in resolution of complicated and time-restricted customer issues. • Interfaced with customers and internal departments at all levels of organization, ensuring timely resolution of customers’ service delivery, service assurance, and billing issues. • Acted as single point of contact for all customer issues. Provided 24/7 support for third level escalations. • Developed and delivered face-to-face monthly stewardship presentations.
