Daily Duties at Pa Air National Guard:

Provided expertise in the areas of information warfare, command and control warfare, foreign order of battle, military capabilities, weapons systems, technology and monitoring in support of Air Force Major Commands, Air Force Components and joint and national decision makers. Also held position of AT/FP NCOIC and training NCOIC responsible for the training of junior unit members. Air Expeditionary Force Rotations • November 2002 – December 2002 - Incirlik Air Base Turkey • February – 2003 – March 2003 • January 2004 – February 2004 • November 2004 - December 2004 - Andersen Air Force Base Guam • February 2005 – March 2005 • June 2006 – July 2006 o Briefed aircrew on local threats collected from HUMINT and SIGINT sources during numerous Air Expeditionary Force deployments in support of KC-135 Tanker operations o Reviewed charts of SAFE areas, created Evasion Plan of Action drafts based on available terrain and local threat data and presented to aircrew as pre-planned packages. o Built evasion kits for aircrew based on analysis of flight plans of the area, possible ditching locations, and available rescue units. These kits contained essential items such as pointee-talkees, glint tape, evasion maps, and blood chits. o Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape methods were reviewed with aircrew and continuation training was accomplished during monthly training periods per applicable Air Force Instruction. o Worked closely with Air Force Life Support personnel in training aircrew in the use of survival equipment. o Reviewed and analyzed Special Instructions (SPINS) gleaning SERE data and presented that data in aircrew briefings detailing code words, frequencies, and techniques that aircrew would be expected to know in a SERE situation. Other Military Deployments / TDYs • November 2006 – March 2007 - Worked at the Air National Guard - Crisis Action Team by providing senior leadership analysis and current intelligence briefs in support of Operation Jump Start. • August 2004 – November 2004 - Supported combat crews to avoid threats, maximize effectiveness and meet objectives while deployed to Ali Al Saleem Air Base, Kuwait supporting C-130H operations for Operation Iraqi Freedom. • August 2004 - Participated in Red Flag exercise in support of F-16 fighter unit. • January 2002 – October 2002 – Reviewed HCS reporting and provided actionable Intel to senior leadership and coordinated with the FBI, Air Force Office of Special Investigation, and local law enforcement while deployed to Continental NORAD Region as a Watch Analyst in support of Operation Noble Eagle. • September 2001 – December 2001 - Deployed to North East Air Defense Sector after 9-11 as a Watch Analyst in support of Operation Noble Eagle.
