Daily Duties at Southmed Pharmacy:
Perform review of patient medical charts. Review included adverse drugs reactions, drug-drug interactions, drug disease interactions, therapeutic duplication contraindications and lab monitoring. Communicate any irregularities to the Attending Physicians and Director of Nursing. Check packaging created by pharmacy technicians. Mentor pharmacy students on rotation
