 Prepare and file documentation for positioning to begin pursuing USG contracts  Prepare proposals for GSA Schedule 70 & 874 (MOBIS) Awards  Technical Writer and Volume Manager for INSCOM IDIQ proposal efforts  Provide Technical Writing capabilities for i2s contract (sub)  Consult with senior leadership, business development and capture teams on proposal efforts  Prepare market analysis for identification of prime/preferred and secondary customer sets, pricing frameworks and market saturation models  Conduct and participate in Bid/No-Bid analyses  Decipher various RFPs for creation of compliance matrices, scoring suitability and technical requirements  Introduce client principles to various prime contractors for teaming, sub-contracting and partnering agreements  Prepare and advise on teaming, sub-contracting and partnering agreements  Assist with cost model analysis for new contract opportunities in government, commercial and international markets  Prepare marketing plans to include print marketing, various social media platforms, & media conduits  Initiate social media marketing boards to provide increased internet exposure  Consult on website redesign for inclusion of targeted client information  Conduct suitability reviews of external vendor capabilities  Edit and collate raw reports into client-ready products for external distribution  Principal Quality Control Officer (Consultant) on all internal and business related documentation  Design and conduct scheduled internal surveillance and audit activities to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained
