Developed specific physician business plans for assigned key products, Avapro, Avalide and Plavix to increase sales with high potential prescribers. Converted trialists to loyalists by educating Cardiologists, PCP's, Endocrinologists, Nephrologists and Pharmacists on product safety and efficacy. Leveraged relationships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other individuals who make or influence purchasing/prescribing decisions to gain product use commitment. Partnered within and across business units and JV partnerships to leverage established relationships and resources to maximize sales results. Trained and mentored new sales professionals on territory management, selling techniques and product knowledge.
