Executed business strategies to increase Pediatric CardioThoracic Surgery, L&D, Orthopedic Surgery and Robotics Surgery. Achieved 140% of goal attainment for Pediatric CardioThoracic Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery cases within first four months. Networked with key Orthopedic Surgeons, Podiatrists, Physiatrists, Pediatric Cardiologists, OB/GYN's, and Urologists to shift referral patterns. Penetrated largest group of Orthopedic Surgeons at Concentra to join staff resulting in growth for Orthopedic surgery, diagnostic imaging, would care services, physical therapy and Primary care referrals.. Uncovered partnership opportunities with key clinical directors resulting in increased surgical procedures and L&D. Delivered business presentations to various physician groups highlighting benefits of our surgical programs over the competition. Led monthly Office Manager Association Meetings with key office managers to strategize for continued growth. Uncovered unique business opportunities that led to 5 new leasing agreements and 6 practice acquisitions within first four months.
