Purpose and Scope: Directed all facets of manufacturing, plant operations, maintenance, labor relations, cost reduction, safety, and quality assurance. Directed critical maintenance operations, and closely monitored efforts to ensure that output and quality were fully aligned with corporate expectations. Trained, mentored, and supervised employees. Developed KP reports, maintained budget requirements, and implemented capital improvements to lower costs and increase output and quality. Resolved enterprise-wide issues in a timely manner. Utilized vast knowledge and experience in small and large batch processes, chemicals, health and safety and pilot plant startups to consistently deliver exemplary results.
