Daily Duties at Total Systems (Tsys) Prepaid Card Division:
Managed a QA team of 7 analysts (included 3 programmers) in testing efforts for major and maintenance releases to both US and European pre-paid card clients. • • Manage all phases of testing including production conversions with a team of six analysts • Used Mercury QTP for regression scripting and JIRA for defect tracking. • Organize testing training to expand breadth and depth of team’s knowledge • Highly effective in organizing disparate parties to solve defects and issues
