Daily Duties at Oracle Corporation:
o Responsible for delivery and success of Oracle On Demand service offering for some of the largest customers of Oracle On Demand – including Compania Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV), Compania Vale Do Rio Doce (CVRD), Grupo Posadas – located in Chile, Brazil and Mexico. o Acted as the main point of contact for customer senior management for all Oracle On Demand service plans and delivery requirements. o Directed the Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to formulate resolution plans and ensured deployment targets were met. o Interfaced with various global Oracle divisions – On Demand, Consulting, Support and Development to ensure delivery per plan.
