Setup the US West Coast operations for BCT and head of the Customer Success/Experience division. • Responsible for service delivery for the West Coast projects of BCT – an Oracle Platinum and Pillar Partner. Handled strategic customer engagements from prospect phase through delivery and on-going support. • Program managed and delivered global projects comprising on-site/offshore teams – for several accounts including SAIC, Fujitsu Computer Products of America (FCPA), Petco, Jacobs Engineering, Tesla, Saxon Energy Services, Aviat Networks. o Secured contract renewals/extensions/”add-on” business from customers – with contract values exceeding several millions. • Projects included Oracle SOA framework setup, Oracle Applications Upgrade, Oracle Business Intelligence rollout, integration of Oracle Applications with Salesforce.
